1. A dessert comprising,
(a) a binder portion comprising
greek honey yogurt, and
(b) a contents portion comprising
pearl mozzarella cheese,
raisins,
chopped dried apricots, and
chopped pitted dates.
2. The dessert of claim 1, further comprising
frozen corn kernels.
